David and his team were called on by Childress Klein Properties to replace two sets of elevators in the Two Wachovia High-rise office building which had reached their shelf life.  The project was executed in two phases with a two shift team in order to minimize tenant disruption in the fully occupied building.  The basement escalators were replaced over an eight day period during the July 4th holiday and the escalators serving the One Wachovia Overpass were successfully completed over an eight day period during the Christmas holiday.
