Project Details:

David and his team negotiated this $2,200,000, three-floor upfit of shell space in a downtown high-rise to house the offices of Axiom Architecture.  The project included the installation of two monumental stairwells and a high level of finishes throughout. Due to David’s hard-bid process with his sub-contractors, the project budget was decreased by 3%.  David’s team also exceeded the client’s expectation by delivering this project under-budget and within the 14-week schedule.
